1. What sizes and types of cash boxes do you offer?

We have cash boxes in three sizes: small, medium, and large. These designs fit the common needs of groceries and retail shops. Most of our shapes suit the European and U.S. markets, since we supply many long-term supermarket clients, but we can also tailor sizes to match the cash requirements in other regions.

2. Do you offer customization services?

Absolutely! Our OEM and ODM options let you choose the perfect cash box for your brand. You can set the size, pick any color, adjust the cash tray layout, select your preferred locking system, and feature your logo on the front. Need to meet specific layout needs for your local market? Just let us know.

3. Do you have stock? What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

We do have some popular models in stock and you can order without the MOQ—just buy by the carton. For custom designs, the MOQ is usually around 300 to 500 pieces. If you choose ODM, the MOQ is set at 1,000 pieces. Our sales team is always ready to give you the exact details you need.

4. Do you offer free samples?

Yes! Sample cash boxes are free for products we keep on the shelf and for customers we work with long-term. Just remember, you’ll need to cover the shipping fee. Talk to our sales crew to arrange it.

5. What is your production and delivery time?

Production usually takes 2 to 4 weeks after we confirm your order. When it’s ready to ship, delivery time will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.

6. How do you ensure product quality?

After 19 years in exports, we’ve developed strict quality controls. Before we ship, we send you a complete inspection report, and you can also request a third-party check. Our team will advise on any shipping issues to keep your order moving smoothly.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

Our main payment option is T/T (bank transfer):

  • For regular orders, a 30% deposit is due and the 70% balance must be paid before shipment.
  • Long-term customers can often lower the deposit; please get in touch to discuss this.
8. Do you offer global shipping?
